Forty (40) two and three bedroom apartments will be available for households with incomes ranging from 30% to 60% of the area median income. Parkside Family Apartments offers a large community room including kitchen, multiple lounges, media room and a computer room. Parkside also offers 21 supportive housing units for direct referrals from Tri-City Mental Health Center Partners and certified as MHSA eligible by the Department of Mental Health.
