The Town Meadows is a nine-story high rise with 99 one-bedroom apartments.It was built in 1980 by its owner, Visalia Senior Housing, Inc., a local nonprofit corporation. It is conveniently located in downtown Visalia near medical centers, churches, the Senior Center, stores, parks and public transportation. The Town Meadows is designed to serve seniors age 62 and over as well as persons age 18 and over who benefit from special accessibility features.
