Vallejo Housing and Community Development Division

Vallejo Housing and Community Development Division provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. This program is income based and eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers and at times the list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance i n the area. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Housing Division directly to obtain more information about program eligibility requirements, availability of assistance, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures . Their office is available Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 4:00pm and Friday 9:00am - Noon to assist you.
