Eldorado and Mar Vista is a combined retirement complex in the beautiful coastal city of Oceanside, California, located approximately 45 minutes from downtown San Diego. Both facilities are projects of San Diego Church of God, an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for senior citizens. The Oceanside Community Church of God is conveniently located on the same grounds. Many other churches are within walking distance. A shopping center, banks and doctors offices are also close by. The beautiful Oceanside beach and marina are a relaxing walk or short ride away.
Both facilities are fully secured with wrought iron fencing and electronically controlled gates. There is limited assigned-vehicle parking inside the complex for added security. All housing units have central heat with individual controls, and an emergency communication system making it possible for residents to summon emergency help when needed. Both facilities have convenient and clean laundry rooms. Each apartment is wired for cable television if desired. Some ocean view rooms are available.
Eldorado and Mar Vista retirement apartment homes are classified by HUD as Low Income Housing, and are limited to those 62 years of age or older; able to take care of themselves, whose income is under the limits set by HUD for this area.
For our resident's health and safety, Eldorado/Mar Vista are non-smoking properties. There are no designated smoking areas on the property.
