Housing Authority of the City of Napa provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of the areas Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. This program is income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers and at times the list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area. If you are in need of assistance please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about eligibility requirements, availability of assistance, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures.
