Via Campo Senior Villas

Villa Campo Senior Villas is an 74-unit senior, low-income apartment community located just a few blocks away from the 60 freeway in the city of Montebello and within walking distance to a shops, restaurants, banks, a medical clinic, and public transportation. We have on-site laundry facilities, professionally landscaped grounds and a large community room for our residents' enjoyment. Each apartment includes air conditioning/heating and a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 55 years-old at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed the low-and moderate-income of the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) annual income limits. Section 8 vouchers are welcome.
