The Cartwright Affordable Housing

The Cartwright is part of the City of Irvines Affordable Housing Program.

Section 8 Housing Vouchers will be accepted if they qualify for the full rent amount of the apartment.

Eligibility:

• Very-Low, Low, and Moderate income programs.
• You must register on their "affordable housing interest list" located at their website, or by calling, then you will be entered into a lottery.
• Unselected households are moved to the waitlist in the order their name was drawn.
