- Individuals and heads of household must be homeless, have a psychiatric disability, receiving services from an MHSA-funded mental health facility.

- Families total household income of no more than 20 and 30% of median for the household size.

- Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent and additional eligibility HUD requirements apply.
