Bel-Age Manor offers affordable housing for seniors aged 55 and older. These are single bedroom apartments. There are 180 units in the complex, 72 of which are listed as deed restricted subsidized. As part of a current move-in special, renters can lay claim to an apartment for a mere $99 deposit. The complex is conveniently located within easy access of local shopping and transportation venues.
