Compass Affordable Housing

Compass Affordable Housing provides housing support services and referrals to the community at large.
At each of CAH's housing communities provide a tenant services program unique to that site to support residents and assist them to maintain their housing and meet their daily needs, regardless of income, while they are living in high quality, affordable housing.
Provide individualized support services to tenants to access the services they need.
One such example of housing referral and case management services is the work with the Working Poor Mothers of Minors (MOMs) program, a collaboration with several other community organizations and educational institutions.
