B.R.A.D. successfully developed and operates five Section 8/202 housing projects for the elderly/handicapped, one Group Home for developmentally disabled individuals and one 811 PRAC Assisted Living project. B.R.A.D is the designated managing agency of these separate housing corporations, which consist of 104 units of housing.
