Helena Housing Authority

Helena Housing Authority provides low income residents with housing assistance through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments. These rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements and/or restrictions are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these apartments and at time the waiting list may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need of assistance in the area.
