Oak Hills is a low income housing development located in a quiet neighborhood which is convenient to downtown. Oak Hills was designed with seniors in mind, There are 16 apartments availablefor low-income seniors. Residents are assisted with the rent by funding through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The apartments are 1-bedroom energy-efficient, complete with range, refrigerator, emergency signaling device, and grab bars in the  bathroom. A number of units are designed specifically for seniors with disabilities. A community building houses the manager's office.
