Pocahontas Public Housing Agency (BRAD)

The Black River Area Development Corporation provides housing assistance to low-income residents through the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section in the Randolph County area.
This program is based on income and eligibility requirements are established by HUD.
There may be a waiting list for these vouchers and at the moment the list may approach new applicants due to the overwhelming need for assistance in the area.
