Pine Bluff Housing Authority

Pine Bluff Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these vouchers or apartments and at times the lists may close to new applicant due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance in the area.
