Malvern Housing Authority

Malvern Housing Authority provides low income residents with housing assistance through the management of Low Rent Public Housing Apartments and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs and rentals are income based and the eligibility requirements/ restrictions are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for these vouchers or rentals and at times the waiting lists may close due to the overwhelming need of assistance.
