About This Building

Madison Estates is centrally located in town within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, banks, churches, the post office and schools. Huntsville has two parks, Withrow Springs State Park and Mithusson Park, both offering a wide variety of recreation for all ages.  Call(479) 738-2564 for more information.

Rent is based on current income. Each unit has HUD rental assistance. Water and trash service is included in the rent.

The complex consists of 36 units. The following is a breakdown of units and sizes at the property: 

16 - 1 bedroom units (798 square feet) 
12 - 2 bedroom units (826 square feet) 
 8 - 3 bedroom units (900 square feet)

All 1 bedroom units are equipped with emergency call switches in both the bedroom and bathroom. Two of those units are designated as handicap accessible. Reasonable accommodations will be considered upon request.

All of the spacious units are carpeted, with tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and include central heat and air, phone and cable outlets as well as smoke detectors. The kitchen is furnished with an electric range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Tenant is responsible for paying for the electric, with Madison Estates paying for the water and trash. 

Each apartment has a porch and locked storage unit, with parking for one car either in front of or near the unit.  Madison Estates offer a large playground for the tenants as well as a gazebo in the courtyard. The laundry room is open 24/7 for tenant use. A large community room is also available to the tenants, free of charge for gatherings both complex-wide or personal.

All schools are within walking distance from our complex; however, bus service is available. 

Residence Recommendation:
All applicants must meet the income limits to qualify for rental assistance at Madison Estates. Rent varies and is determined by applicant's income at time of move-in. Unit size is based upon applicant's family size and needs. All applicants must meet HUD, Rural Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credit, as well as, management's requirements to gain admission to the property.

Background checks are performed for each applicant including both rental and credit histories, as well as a nationwide criminal background check. All applicants and family members applying for residency at the complex must have birth certificates as well as social security cards. All adult members (18 and over) must have driver's licenses and/or state issued identification cards.
