Tuscaloosa Housing Authority offers housing assistance to those that qualify and are in need in the area. They offer safe and affordable housing options through Public Housing Apartments, Housing Choice Vouchers, formerly Section 8, and Rental assistance programs. They currently operate over 1200 Public Housing Apartments throughout 7 locations. There may be a waiting list for these programs and rentals.
